As an LCSW, I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy for moms navigating pregnancy and postpartum anxiety, postpartum depression, intrusive thoughts, birth trauma, and the overwhelm of new motherhood. I have a strong interest in perinatal and maternal mental health and have pursued additional training in this area — supporting clients through racing "what if" thoughts, rage they don't recognize, and feeling like a shell of who they used to be. As a millennial mom of five, I understand how heavy the mental load can feel. My approach is warm, practical, and focused on helping you feel steady, supported, and reconnected to yourself again.
In therapy, I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs and goals of each client. I believe in fostering a collaborative and empowering therapeutic relationship, where clients feel supported in exploring their challenges and tapping into their innate strengths.
I believe that every individual has the capacity for healing and growth, and my role as a therapist is to support and facilitate that process with warmth, understanding, and a deep respect for each client's unique journey. I am here to help you! Call or email me to schedule a free consultation.
